- Group Stage: 32 teams are divided into 8 groups of 4. Each team plays one match against the others in their group.
- Knockout Stage: The top 2 teams from each group advance to the Round of 16. From there, it’s single-match knockout rounds all the way to the final.
- No Third-Place Match: The tournament ends with the final – no extra game for third place.
